It’s come to my attention that not everybody may be able to view my Sylvia Plath commentary and bad reading of her poem Daddy. Here’s a LINK if the video won’t work for you.

I love Sylvia Plath. I do not love men right now. This is a poem called “Daddy.” I recorded it at midnight when I had insomnia. There’s an intro to it before I read because it’s got some imagery I don’t want people to misunderstand. (Still caring about what other people think and feel.)  I decided not to record the other video I talk about in here. Changed my mind, which I’m all about doing these days.

  1. Hi! The video is working for me now, but still not appearing in a browser window where I’m not signed into my Google account (sorry, I’m not sure what the fix is, but it worked after you gave me permission to access).

PS. Love the blog, but always reluctant to comment because of that unpleasantness. Not sure how I found it, but I know I stayed because of our mutual appreciation of Jason Isaacs.)

    1. Oh, thank you so much for reading my inanity and emotional train wreckage accounts. It means a lot. I could talk all day about how lovely and amazing Jason Isaacs is. And thanks for letting me know not everyone may be able to view the video – YouTube stopped letting me upload directly and still trying to find a video maker that will work on a Chromebook.
